Shipping & Returns

We understand, things don’t always work out! We’re here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for Returns. In order to offer the best prices possible, we do not issue refunds. The cost of the return will be ours as long as the item was defective such as ( Having a pull or a rip or a stain ) If we receive a item that does not match how we sent it using our pre-shipping pictures that we keep on file the item will not be credited.  Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing, we’d love to help. We offer the Measurements in every item for sale on our Website. Please refer to those Measurements as they are listed in the listing before purchasing a item. Our Website is a Final Sale Website all items are final sale items. If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
We will accept returns on items that are defective.
We do inspect every item before it is listed on our website for any type of damage to try to eliminate the process of returning the item. We want you to be happy with your purchase, this is our main goal to build a good customer base so we can grow and offer you the best prices we can.

If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact me within 3 days at gaby@gabyslittleboutique.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.

We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.

How We Ship!!

Your purchase will be shipped with the USPS Postal Service We ship using ONLY Priority Shipping 2 to 3 day service.

Your order will be shipped as followed!!

Monday To Friday 8-5pm

Saturday 8-12pm

If we receive your order up to 1 hour before closing time it will be shipped same day. After that time it will be shipped next day, no shipping on Sundays!!

We will send you a Tracking number as soon as we ship your order. We are not responsible for your package if it was stolen after the Postal Service has scanned it as being delivered. Please make sure you have a safe place for the Postal Service to leave your package in a secure location.
